Anxiety in the Time of Coronavirus
You are not alone in your sense of uncertainty and stress in this unique time. Times of crisis have a way of bringing some of our unprocessed traumas and emotions to the surface. In times like these we may find ourselves falling back on old ways of coping that are often no longer helpful.
